I use mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques, yin yoga (on mat or even on a chair) and the sounds of healing instruments as tools to slow the nervous system, release tensions in the body and mind.
Studies have shown that after a relaxation sessions, the mind is more alert, has better clarity and is more productive with less distracting thoughts.
In my previous career, I have spent over 30 years in the stressful environment of agencies so I know where you’re coming from.
I can be flexible with the timing (45min, 1h,…) and frequency (1x/week, 1x/month, one-off team events,…)
