Welcome spring! Longer days, milder temperatures, nature is waking up. As we are part of Nature, we are directly influenced by seasonal changes. What happens in nature, also happens in us (body and mind).
Join Selvin, Irene and Anna in this weekend retreat where we combine yoga and ayurveda to prepare your body and mind for spring.
Our days will start with an active Hatha yoga session and conclude with a calming and relaxing yoga practice as well as yoga Nidra and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.
We will eat light ayurvedic food to kindle your digestive fire and learn how to cook kitchari, a simple ayurvedic recipe that is used during cleansing. For an efficient detox, Friday evening light meal will prepare the cleanse, Saturday will be mono diet with kitchari and Sunday will introduce new plant ingredients.
Through interactive workshops you will be introduced to the foundations of Ayurveda and receive easy and practical tips to live in harmony with the spring season.

Irene is Italian, living in Belgium since 2012. She has discovered yoga while working as biologist researcher. Ayurveda arrived in her life few years later as a logical consequence of her yoga practice. Yoga and ayurveda have been for her a life changing discovery that she integrates in her daily life and likes to share with as many people as possible. Nowadays she combines her knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda to give one to one consultation, and ayurvedic treatment, as well as to design group workshops on different topics i.e. seasonal transition, cleansing, stress and exhaustion, maternity etc. You can find more about her https://weyogabrussels.be/about-me/

Anna Ilkovics
I am a yoga retreat organiser who focuses on wellbeing and selfcare. Being from Sweden, my concept is all about « Lagom » which means not much not too little… It’s about finding just the right amount that works for you. And a way to reach this balance is through yoga, meditation and sound healing. So it cannot be a coincidence that the word lagOM contains OM, the sacred universal sound.
Through my journey, I have followed different trainings like Inner Engineering by Sadhguru, Mindfulness Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training and most special of all Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share my learnings during my events. I have combined the different practices to create a special well-being space. I strongly believe that we need to take care of ourselves first, in order to be there for others.
